Confirmed LFC lineup vs Arsenal: Reds make three changes

Liverpool take on Arsenal at the Emirates at 5.30pm (GMT) today and Jurgen Klopp has named 3 changes to his lineup.

A week after their last outing, a 4-1 win over Cardiff City, Liverpool travel to north London as they look to continue an impressive start to their Premier League season.

With Man City and Chelsea not in action till Sunday, the game against Unai Emery's fourth-placed Arsenal is a great chance to put pressure on the top clubs - and temporarily move to first place.

Despite Jordan Henderson and Naby Keita being ruled out once again, Klopp names a formidable side for today’s clash.

Alisson starts in goal, with Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joe Gomez, Virgil van Dijk and Andy Robertson ahead of him in the Reds defence.

Fabinho makes his third start at the base of midfield following his arrival from Monaco in the summer and will lineup alongside Gini Wijnaldum and the re-called James Milner.

Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane will partner Roberto Firmino up front, with the Brazilian looking to be the first Red to net in four successive matches against Arsenal.

Klopp also has a variety of options on the substitutes’ bench. Xherdan Shaqiri, Adam Lallana and Daniel Sturridge are among those available should the manager opt to change things during the game.
