Jurgen Klopp has named his Liverpool starting eleven for this afternoon's Premier League clash against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
The boss makes three changes from the Reds' last outing, with Caoimhin Kelleher, Ibrahima Konate and James Milner handed starting roles. Alisson, Joel Matip and Roberto Firmino are sidelined after returning positive COVID-19 tests.
Caoimhin Kelleher starts in goal, with Trent Alexander-Arnold, Ibrahima Konate, Virgil van Dijk and Kostas Tsimikas starting in defence.
Fabinho, Jordan Henderson and James Milner start in midfield, with Mohamed Salah, Diogo Jota and Sadio Mane in attack.
