Jurgen Klopp insisted Liverpool must be switched on if they are to thwart Eden Hazard and other ‘important' Chelsea players on Saturday.
The Reds face Chelsea for the second time this week, having been defeated 2-1 in the third round of the Carabao Cup on Wednesday.
The trip to London to face the Blues at Stamford Bridge on Saturday is undoubtedly the biggest fixture for Liverpool so far this season.
Klopp's side are at the top of the Premier League table, having gained maximum points from their first six fixtures. With Chelsea just two points behind, both sides have a lot riding on the game in terms of momentum.
As the Reds discovered at Anfield, Hazard is in exemplary form at the start of this campaign and the Reds must look to neutralise the threat he possesses.
And Klopp believes his side need to be at 100 per cent if they are to stop the Belgian, as well as his fellow Chelsea teammates.

“I know exactly how good he [Hazard] is. He's a special player and he enjoys these one-on-one situations. I didn't need that game to find out about that,” Klopp told reporters on Friday.
“Stop passes to him? Good idea. Being close? Good idea, but he likes players being close sometimes.
“We all know we could have stopped that goal (on Wednesday), but he used the situation. No player is not defendable.
“(Jorginho is) very important. How do we defend these two? Then Willian is there, then (Mateo) Kovacic is running like a Formula 1 car, and don't forget (N'Golo) Kante!
“They're all important, so let's try to be at 100 per cent.”

The Reds are likely to make a number of changes for the trip to the Bridge, with Alisson, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joe Gomez and Andy Robertson set to return in defence.
Virgil van Dijk is a doubt for the game, having suffered a rib injury against Southampton last weekend, however supporters will be hoping he can make a crucial return to help the Reds' defence against Chelsea's key players.
Gini Wijnaldum, James Milner and Jordan Henderson are expected to form Liverpool's midfield, with their usual attacking trio all fit and raring to go.
Klopp has already seen his side beat Crystal Palace, Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur away from home this season - all tricky sides to come up against - and he will be hoping Saturday will be yet another winning away day for the Reds.
