James Milner makes way for Gini Wijnaldum as the sole change from the Stadio San Paolo.
Adrian starts in goal, as expected, with the usual back-line of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joel Matip, Virgil van Dijk and Andy Robertson starting ahead of him.
Wijnaldum joins Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson and Fabinho in the Reds midfield, with the likes of Adam Lallana, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Xherdan Shaqiri and Milner on the bench.
The fearsome attacking trio of Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane continue up front as they look to build on their promising start to the season. Rhian Brewster is included on the bench.
