Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Divock Origi come into the side, with Roberto Firmino and Jordan Henderson named on the substitutes bench.
Oxlade-Chamberlain joins Fabinho and Gini Wijnaldum in Liverpool's midfield, with James Mlner and Adam Lallana also options on the bench.
Origi lines up alongside Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah in attack, although it will be intriguing to see if the Belgian starts through the middle or on the wing.
