Liverpool will be without captain Jordan Henderson and Naby Keita for Saturday's Premier League meeting with Cardiff City at Anfield.
The duo were sidelined for Wednesday's Champions League group C victory against Red Star Belgrade due to respective hamstring injuries and will also be missing for this weekend's fixture.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Klopp confirmed the duo's absence: “[Keita and Henderson] will not work out for tomorrow, for sure not. Both are in a good way but will not be ready for then.
"I think that's it pretty much. The rest – apart from Ox and Rhian – should be available.”
With the rest of the Liverpool squad available for selection, it will be interesting to see whether Klopp chooses to make any changes or stick with the same line-up against Red Star.
Ahead of goalkeeper Alisson, Joe Gomez and Virgil van Dijk are likely to continue their partnership in the centre of defence. However, the German also has the option of drafting in Dejan Lovren to partner Van Dijk.
Trent Alexander-Arnold, who started in midweek after being rested for two games, is likely to feature from the start at right-back, with Andy Robertson on the opposite flank.
Fabinho, who made just his second start for the Reds in midweek, was impressive against Red Star and is likely to continue in midfield during Keita and Henderson's absence.
James Milner is also vying for a starting role after being on the bench in midweek, however Klopp could choose to stick with Fabinho and Gini Wijnaldum at the base of midfield.
Xherdan Shaqiri, who has made a promising start to his Liverpool career, is expected to start once again behind the Reds' attacking trio of Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane.
Meanwhile Cardiff will be without Danny Ward, Nathaniel Mendez-Laing and Lee Peltier, whilst Joe Ralls misses out due to suspension.
Gary Madine, Harry Arter and Josh Murphy are all doubts for the fixture and will be assessed ahead of kick-off.
Predicted Liverpool XI: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Van Dijk, Robertson, Fabinho, Wijnaldum, Shaqiri, Salah, Firmino, Mane. Subs: Mignolet, Lovren, Moreno, Milner, Lallana, Sturridge, Origi.
