The Reds boss makes two changes from midweek as Roberto Firmino and James Milner come into the starting eleven to replace Naby Keita and Sadio Mane.
Alisson starts between the sticks, with Trent Alexander-Arnold, Nathaniel Phillips, Ozan Kabak and Andy Robertson continuing in the Reds' back-line.
Fabinho partners James Milner and Gini Wijnaldum in midfield, whilst Roberto Firmino, Diogo Jota and Mohamed Salah lead the attack.
