The Liverpool boss speaks to the media at Melwood ahead of his side's trip to face Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium in the Premier League on Monday night.
He provided the media with a rundown on injuries ahead of their fixture, with skipper Jordan Henderson in contention to make his return after a spell on the sidelines.
"Henderson had a clearing session today and should be fine from tomorrow," Klopp told the media.
“Few players have had illness - (Ragnar) Klavan, (Mohamed) Salah and (Dejan) Lovren. Raggy and Mo should be back today or tomorrow."
Meanwhile, the manager gave his insight on the possibility of any new signings.
Klopp said: "If something jumps in my face we will think about it but we don't actively look for a player so far.
"First of all we have to use the high quality players we have. Lallana isn't the replacement for Coutinho but he's a fantastic player."
