Fabinho, Jordan Henderson and Gini Wijnaldum retain their place in midfield, keeping Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and James Milner on the bench.
The usual attacking trio of Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah start upfront as expected.
Klopp has also named an unchanged bench from last weekend's win, with Adam Lallana, Xherdan Shaqiri and Divock Origi his possible attacking alternatives.
