Roberto Firmino made a huge impact after coming on vs the Magpies and, as expected, he replaces the injured Divock Origi, who didn't travel with the rest of the squad to Naples.
Skipper Jordan Henderson and James Milner also return to the side in place of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Gini Wijnaldum, with Fabinho joining the duo in the Liverpool midfield.
There were doubts over Andy Robertson's fitness after the left-back missed training on Monday morning, however he starts in a Reds backline consisting of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joel Matip and Virgil van Dijk.
Adam Lallana, Xherdan Shaqiri, Oxlade-Chamberlain and Wijnaldum are Klopp's alternative attacking options on the bench, should they be needed.
