The Reds boss makes two changes to the side that beat West Ham at Anfield on Monday as Joe Gomez and Naby Keita are sidelined, with Dejan Lovren and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain coming into the side.

Oxlade-Chamberlain partners Fabinho and Gini Wijnaldum in midfield, with Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane lining up in attack.
