The Reds are looking to re-establish a five point lead over reigning champions Manchester City following Pep Guardiola's win over Arsenal on Sunday.
Fabinho, Adam Lallana and James Milner all come in to the side, whilst Jordan Henderson, Dejan Lovren and Gini Wijnaldum miss out due to injury and illness.
Fabinho will partner Keita and Lallana in midfield, whilst Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino continue in attack.
Xherdan Shaqiri is joined on the bench by Daniel Sturridge, Divock Origi, Curtis Jones and Rafa Camacho.
