Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp admits he is "struggling to find the words" after his side beat Flamengo to clinch the club's first Club World Cup.
Liverpool edged past Flamengo in the final in Doha as Roberto Firmino struck in extra-time to give them a 1-0 victory over the South American champions.
It was a close contest between the two sides, but Liverpool triumphed to win their third trophy in 2019, adding to their Champions League and Super Cup wins earlier this year.
With the Reds continually setting the bar higher for themselves, Klopp spoke of his admiration and "respect" for his side.
"In moments like this, and from a few moments in the past, I struggle to find the right words not in my native language," Klopp said.
"I struggle to find the words to express my respect for the boys, it was incredible. We did so many good things.
"I saw so many sensationally-good performances and I am really happy.
"I think we deserved the win tonight. We were the better side. In the deciding moments we had a really good goalie and in the other moments we were the dominant team so I am really happy.
"It was a very intense game for different reasons; it was not our best game we have ever played but it was enough to win.
"This was a wonderful night for the club. I said before I didn't not know how it would feel.
"Now I know it feels outstanding, absolutely sensational. I am so proud of the boys."
On his side's ability to score late on, Klopp said: “It looks like a strength.
"We don't want to have [to score the late goals] but they are necessary as it was level in the game. They were all very important like tonight.
"When you start believing, you believe for the 90 or 120 minutes. We believe in a chance."
Liverpool will return to Merseyside on Sunday as they turn their attention back to the Premier League with a visit of second-placed Leicester City on Boxing Day.
The Reds are in pole position to add the league title to their honours list at the end of the season and a positive result against Brendan Rodgers' side would take them a small step closer to achieving that goal.
