The Reds went top with a 4-0 win over Bournemouth on Saturday, however they now turn their attention to Tuesday night's mammoth Champions League fixture against Napoli.
Carlo Ancelotti's side come to Anfield sitting at the top of Group C with 9 points, whilst the Reds are in third with 6 points.
The Reds must beat Napoli 1-0 or by a clear two-goal margin should they wish to guarantee progression to the knockout stages of the Champions League.
Liverpool will need to be at their best to beat Carlo Ancelotti's side and they must put in an improved performance from their away defeat in Italy earlier in the campaign should they have any chance of progressing.
Napoli boss Ancelotti has vowed that his side will not sit back at Anfield, with just a point enough for the Serie A side to seal qualification.
It promises to be yet another famous European night under the lights at Anfield and supporters will be hoping their side can progress without any late drama from past years.
Team News
Liverpool boss Klopp has no fresh injury concerns ahead of the visit, besides long-term absentees Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Rhian Brewster.
Sadio Mane, who made a second-half appearance in the win against Bournemouth, is expected to return to the starting eleven.
Mane had suffered a cut foot in the Merseyside derby and missed the fixture against Burnley a week ago, but Klopp confirmed during his press conference he will be fit enough to start against the Italian side.
Liverpool will also assess the fitness of Dejan Lovren, who has missed the Reds' last three games owing to concussion suffered in training. He is unlikely to start, should he recover, with Joel Matip and Virgil van Dijk expected to continue their stint at the heart of defence.
Meanwhile, there will be decisions to make for Klopp as to who starts in midfield, with Fabinho, Naby Keita, Jordan Henderson, James Milner and Gini Wijnaldum all vying for a starting place.
Xherdan Shaqiri, who has been in impressive form in recent weeks, is also hoping to start but could find himself on the bench should Klopp opt for a solid base in midfield.
Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah and Mane are all expected to start up front, but it will be interesting to see how the trio line-up, either in a 4-3-3 formation or the new 4-2-3-1 formation used by Klopp in recent months.
