Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says he is still unsure whether Andy Robertson and Sadio Mane can play a part in Wednesday night's meeting with Burnley.
Liverpool are amidst their busiest period of the calendar, with Sunday's victory over Everton followed by a midweek clash against Sean Dyche's side.
With such little recovery time between fixtures, it is no surprise that there are a couple of niggling injuries for the squad to contend with.
Robertson, who suffered a dead leg against the Blues, remains a doubt for the fixture, whilst Mane (foot) is unlikely to play a part.
Speaking to reporters at his pre-match press conference, Klopp said the duo would have to be assessed once again ahead of training on Tuesday afternoon.
“Sadio and Robbo we need to have another look at today,” he said.
“Sadio has a really awful cut on his foot, it needed to be stitched.
“It's OK, but he's walking in flip-flops and we don't play in flip flops! Today he's not ready, but we will see later.
“With Robbo it's not that serious, but we need to have a look.”
It is likely that Klopp could choose to be on the safe side with both, considering the upcoming fixtures Liverpool have to contend with.
Alberto Moreno is waiting in the wings should Robertson not be risked, whilst James Milner is another option for the boss.
With Mane's injury in mind, Klopp could move things around from Sunday's victory.
Xherdan Shaqiri could move up in to the attacking three with Naby Keita replacing him in midfield, or Klopp may opt to start the Guinean as a direct replacement for Mane.
Sunday's unlikely hero Divock Origi or Daniel Sturridge could also be brought in to the side in place of Roberto Firmino, who has looked fatigued in recent weeks.
