Liverpool defender Sepp van den Burg has once again been sent out on loan for the upcoming season. He will play for Bundesliga side FSV Mainz 05, Jürgen Klopp's former club. The 21-year-old joined Liverpool in 2021 and has made 4 appearances with the Senior Team. Van den Berg has also earned 8 caps in International competitions with the Dutch U-21 team. Van den Berg's contract with Liverpool expires at season's end.
